The Parade of Homes™ showcases the work and capabilities of East Tennessee’s premier builders, the trusted members of HBAGK, and exposes consumers to the newest home-related products, technologies and designs. Consumers see first-hand what they can get for their money at a variety of price-points. The idea behind the Parade of Homes is to introduce East Tennesseans to many new and modern home concepts from area builders. The three-weekend event features homes that range in price from $154,900 to more than $2 million. This year’s HBAGK Parade of Homes™ includes 42 distinct showcase homes in Knox, Anderson, Blount, Loudon, Monroe, Roane, Sevier and Union counties.
Everything from the latest interior designs, technology, and innovative building materials can be viewed at the various Parade of Homes™ sites. The homes in this year’s Parade range from $210,000 to $1.7M+ in price, including spec and custom homes in a variety of sizes. This means that nearly everyone can find a beautiful home perfect for them at this year’s Parade of Homes™. The Parade of Homes is an annual event produced by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee . The event features multiple new homes created by the industry's top builders and designers in a premier local development. Attendees visit the Parade for ideas, inspiration or just a fun day out getting a glimpse at the latest home design trends while touring eye-popping new houses.

A complete listing of homes is available in the guidebook and on the free Parade Craze app for iPhone and Android phones. Last year’s HBAGK Parade of Homes™ saw record-breaking attendance and the 2019 Parade of Homes™ is expected to draw even bigger crowds. The free event provides one-on-one access to builders and their representatives at each showcase home, making it a must-see event for those actively building homes now and those thinking about building in coming years. Those who already own a home and may not be in the market to buy or build can also find ideas to upgrade, modernize and remodel their homes during the parade. The homes in this year’s Parade range from $299,900 to $2.9M+ in price, including spec and custom homes in a variety of sizes. The free event provides one-on-one access to builders and their representatives at each showcase home. The new homes built for the HBAGK 2019 Parade of Homes™ have added nearly $21 million to the local Knoxville economy this year. The Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville annual Parade of Homes™ – co-sponsored by ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tindell’s – begins Friday, Oct. 4 and continues every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Oct. 20.
The HBAGK 2019 Parade of Homes™ promises to introduce East Tennessee residents to many new and modern home concepts from the region’s premier builders. While viewed as a showcase of what is possible in a modern home, the HBAGK Parade of Homes™ has something to offer buyers in all price ranges. The Parade is a broad showcase of varying and different building talents put on each year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. The homes feature the next generation of standards and design features available to today’s homeowner. Once a year, this incredible event enables area home builders and craftsmen the opportunity to showcase their skills and expertise.
Working with a collection of the industry's best interior designers, each construction team created amazing custom homes that delighted and inspired every attendee at the show during its two-week run. He facilitates a culture of continuous improvement and growth, while developing referral partner relationships that benefit both our clients and the company. His insight into the building process allows him to identify potential problems before they are developed, and to see a 360-degree view of a new home.

Official Parade of Homes™ magazines are available at ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tindell’s locations the week of September 19 and will be at all Parade houses during open hours. 2022 Parade house information will be available the week of September 19 however homes will not be open until Friday, September 30. Please do not visit homes before opening day due to ongoing construction and safety concerns. Whether you are looking to buy or build a home or are interested in an incredible showcase of the latest building and design trends and materials, you don’t want to miss the HBAGK 2022 Parade of Homes™.
Our 2022 Parade of Homes information and website will remain linked until the start of the 2023 event. All Parade houses will be open to the public in 2023; "virtual-only" homes will not be included. Five of Middle Tennessee's top builders participated in the 2019 Parade at The Grove in College Grove, Tenn.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and daughter Olivia, lifting weights, and riding his Harley Davidson. This year’s Knoxville Parade of Homes offers you the opportunity to visit our model home in the Cara Cade community. Our representatives will be on hand during Knoxville Parade of Homes hours to answer your questions while visiting the model. Those who already own a home and are not in the market to build or buy will also find an endless number of ideas to upgrade, modernize and remodel their existing home utilizing the latest designs and technological advancements. This year’s Parade of Homes™ features more than 40 new homes from the area’s best, most trusted builders across eight East Tennessee Counties.
